Project Timelines & Approvals
All timelines are estimated based on project scope. Clients must approve designs before production begins. Any changes after approval may impact delivery times and costs.
Payments & Deposits
A deposit is required to confirm bookings. Full payment is due as per agreed terms. Late payments may result in delays or additional charges.
Cancellations & Refunds
If a project is cancelled after work has begun, costs incurred up to that point will be charged. Refunds are not provided for completed work.
Intellectual Property
Designs, concepts, and materials created by TGA Creative remain our property until full payment is received. Some elements may be protected under copyright law.
Liability
We strive for accuracy and quality in all our work. However, TGA Creative is not liable for indirect losses, including missed business opportunities, due to project delays or unforeseen circumstances.
