T-Mobile invited tga to pitch some ideas for a customer zone board that could be used in the retail back office. The brief was to be  aligned with their T-Moments behavioural change programme split into customer interactions. As with all service providers T-Mobile take the customer experience very seriously and wanted away of sustaining the programme by providing retail staff with an interactive communications tool.

Tga came up with a solution that injected personality and fun into the interactions by designing a magnetic Board that could be affixed to the office wall or if space was short onto the back of a door. The board was designed to be used portrait or landscape. Colourful magnet shapes were designed to be used in a fun way. An acrylic mirror was also introduced as a smile checker before they started off the day. Half way through the project tga were told there would not be a budget available for installation of the boards. Each board was quite heavy because of the powder coated sheet steel. Tga researched and sourced a metal paper solution within the original budget. Because the material was printable, tga were able to produce the board at a fraction of the weight of the original allowing the store staff to install the panel themselves using an adhesive fixing. This produced a £52K saving against contracted installation.
