One of the UK’s best known energy suppliers with a number of UK based call centres.  

NPower wanted to provide all their sales force who occupied the hotdesk areas within their call centres with a unit to hold important sales and training documents. TGA were approached to design, produce and deliver a solution with multiple components to hold the documents.

TGA designed a ring binder, inner box all contained in an outer carry case. After much investigation including reviewing paper over board which proved to be too expensive, the chosen material was polypropylene that is both durable and lends itself to a bespoke making. The outer case was then branded and fitted with twist fasteners, a carry handle & business card holder.
The initial case was well received then subsequently rolled out to all their UK call centres.

The final delivery dates drops were made directly to the call centres where specially fitted cupboards were installed to house the cases.
