Case Study - 1 2 ![]()

Casestudy:
Noah are a charitable based organisation with various avenues of funding with the aim to aid and develop disadvantaged members of society in the Luton catchment. They have retail units that sell new and second hand furniture and domestic appliances thus channelling funds straight back into the local area.
After winning an initial tender to provide signage and POS, we were also tasked with developing their general branding, advertising, marketing & PR. With more or less a blank canvas we have updated the current sites into a concern with multi-site retail units, warehousing and offices. We took time to look at general ambience and layout of the shops with a view to modernising and energising them. As part of the store development work we have introduced directional signage and zoning.
This was a project that was led by identifying apparent problems and working hard to provide innovative solutions, such as poorly supported till point areas and front of store zones. We also developed a full list of bespoke POS to compliment difficult open spaces and product areas that require further promotion. On the other scale we have recommended many off-the-shelf POS items where appropriate to save on overall costs and to work within budgetary requirements.
Working with their marketing department we initiated and developed a rolling program of offers, promotions supported by the appropriate in-store campaigns. This project has been a very steep learning curve for the client so we have provided extra support with training staff including designating appropriate instructions in merchandising, for example.
During the course of the on-going tender we have also been involved with handling all planning permission procedures, risk assessments and site installations.
